Job Summary
Instructional designer is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms and mediums. This role ensures that content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organization's goals and brand voice.
Key job responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports organizational objectives.
2. Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels (e.g., websites, social media, newsletters).
3. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
5. Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
6. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
7. Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
8. Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals.
9. Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications
1. Instructional Design certification(s) or equivalent.
2. Experience developing templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.
3. Proficiency in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices.
4. Expertise in exploring the latest technical developments such as AI, chatbots, and AR/VR, with the technical understanding to identify and implement reasonable use cases.
5. Previous experience on Adobe Suites.
6. Other languages, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi.
