Grafton Banks Finance, a well–established company in the Hastings area, is seeking a part–time Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temporary basis. This position is set to last for an initial 3–month period, with the successful candidate working 2–3 days per week to support the finance team.
The role involves assisting with the daily financial operations within the Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing and raising invoices
2. Handling supplier statements
3. Issuing credit notes
4. Requesting and processing purchase order numbers
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in finance
2. Immediate availability, with a September start date
3. An interest in part–time work (2–3 full days per week)
4. The ability to commute to the Hastings office location.
