Join us in this role where you’ll oversee three key functions: Technical Optimisation, Quality & Risk Management, and Reliability & Maintenance. Your focus will be on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to maximise asset performance and value.
Welcome to Generation Europe. You’ll be part of UK West Hub where you, together with your colleagues, will develop and execute comprehensive reliability and maintenance strategies for the UK West portfolio.
As a team, we collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, continuously improve our processes, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
You’ll play an important role in:
* developing and executing comprehensive reliability and maintenance strategies for the UK West portfolio
* establishing and championing a reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) approach across the organisation
* mentoring and developing the team and emerging leaders within the organisation
* analysing performance data to identify trends and implement innovative technologies, practices, and modifications to enhance reliability and reduce operational costs
* ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, environmental regulations, and best practices in offshore operations
* building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
To succeed in the role, you:
* have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
* have extensive experience with operations & maintenance/engineering leadership
* have proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex maintenance projects
* exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* demonstrate strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools
* have knowledge of offshore wind farm regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental compliance.
