Overview Solus is seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Solus Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across our organisation. Build and maintain relational data models. Develop and maintain reports with clear narratives. Adhere to the team's governance framework. Continuously monitor and optimise data workflows and reporting solutions for maximum efficiency. Championing a DevOps mindset when working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Manage and prioritise your workload effectively while delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines. Think critically to solve complex problems independently and propose creative solutions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence & analytics. You will work with the following tools and platforms: Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Data Engineering, Real-Time Intelligence, Power BI) Azure Services (DevOps, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Storage, SQL Server) Qualifications Desired qualifications and experience: Experience with Programming languages such as (Python, SQL etc.) Experience building and maintaining data pipelines. Familiarity with medallion architecture. An understanding of dimensional modelling concepts. Proficiency with reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
