Our Client is an internationally respected Corporate and Fiduciary services, Fund Administration and Capital Markets business, with offices across multiple jurisdictions and territories who are currently seeking a Senior Administrator - Global Funds to join an established local team. The core purpose of this role is to assist the investors services team with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients.In this role the Senior Administrator - Global Funds you will: Liaise and communicate accurately and clearly with investors and other professional advisors, in order to operate, manage and administer fund administration clients Deal with day-to-day administration tasks associated with the clients and to assist other team members where required, displaying a methodical approach to administration Set up and maintain accurate and complete records for client entities Prepare client reviews on a periodic basis and actively follow up on any outstanding action points identified, ensuring the understanding of the entity is consistent with its risk rating Complete all internal compliance documentation and other record keeping systems as may be required within the delegation of authority Develop business like relationships with intermediaries and clients with whom you come into regular contact, and to demonstrate a willingness to apply high standards of client care to all dealings with intermediaries or clients Gain an understanding of KYC policies and procedures, in order to ensure absolute compliance with KYC procedures in order to maintain knowledge of the client business Ensure that investors records are recorded on the company's systems on a timely and accurate manner Ensure compliance at all times with company policies and procedures and all relevant legislation. The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Administrator - Global Funds will be: Hold or be prepared to work towards a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ICSA, STEP) Have a broad knowledge of trust administration and company administration. Some accounting, investment or fund knowledge would be preferable Possess excellent organisational and planning skills Have a strong academic background, including IT skills Can work on their own initiative and as part of a team Can interact with colleagues at all levels in a business Are a self-starter, enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated, with good attention to detail Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, with the ability to win the respect of clients Drive to make continuous improvements
