We are seeking a well-organised, efficient and professional administrator to join our Transformation support team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Officer (Programme) providing a wide range of administrative support for the effective governance and delivery of funded projects.
The post holder will be experienced in office administration and able to prioritise their work, with good attention to detail and excellent IT and minute-taking skills. They should be comfortable dealing with a diverse range of people, including clergy, laity and other members of the diocese.
In order to succeed in the role you will be a competent user of Microsoft Office. As the first point of contact to queries by phone, email or letter you will use your excellent communication skills and ‘can do’ approach to respond to queries in a timely and appropriate manner under the supervision of the Project Officer (Programme).
Although experience of working within the Church of England is not required, the post holder should be sympathetic to the aims and values of the Church.
