Job Description
* Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Develop forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business unit managers.
* Ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
* Analyse and scrutinise financial data for insights and process improvements.
* Oversee general finance duties, including invoicing and cash collection monitoring.
* Support new projects and contracts with financial advice and analysis.
* Collaborate with business unit managers to develop operational plans.
* Challenge and implement improvements to existing processes.
The Successful Applicant
* Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
* Technologically savvy with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Workday, BI, or Adaptive Insights is a bonus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across the business.
* Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a drive to challenge and improve processes.
* Team player with the ability to work independently and provide clear financial insights.
