The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action, providing crucial support to the senior leadership team. You’ll manage busy schedules, arrange appointments and meetings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. From liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organising corporate events and taking minutes at meetings, you'll be the trusted point of contact for all things admin. You'll also help progress reports, papers, and correspondence, ensuring decisions are recorded and actions followed up.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant
* Proven track record supporting senior-level (C-suite) managers
* Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
* Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
* Strong research, analysis, and interpretation skills
What We Offer:
* Location: Essex (South)
* Hours: Hybrid role (3 days in the office per week)
* Rate: £17 per hour
* Duration: 3-month temporary assignment
