The role: As a space planner at TOG you will be responsible for keeping our existing portfolio space plans up to date and working closely with our client alterations team to support them in designing beautiful and operationally functional spaces, for prospective and existing clients What you’ll do: Reporting into the Head of Interior Design Working closely with the client alterations team Carrying out site surveys of all portfolio buildings to make sure all floor plans are up to date Keeping the Area Matrix for each building up to date Supporting the sales team with finding our members the perfect office/office layout Meet and support members in optimising their private office space, in collaboration with the other members of the design team when required Liaise with Project Managers on buildability of drawings (on site meetings) understanding the full technical nature of our buildings and what can and cant work when it comes to changing layouts Managing the design/space planning of the TOG head office Work with the other members of the design team on optimising the communal spaces in existing portfolio, to keep the buildings looking fresh Working closely with the portfolio team on managing all correct building information Requirements: Architectural assistant/Interior design degree Vector Works Knowledge of M&E Good communications skills Passion & enthusiasm for design Excellent written and verbal communication skills MS Office, in particular Word and Excel Highly Organised Strong time management German Language skills desirable Experience in design/space planning Office Interior experience Benefits: 22 days annual leave bank holidays a day off on your birthday Various discounts e.g. cinema tickets, high street shopping, gym membership etc. Pension Childcare vouchers Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan
