This exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a market-leading telecommunications manufacturing company who are expanding across Europe. Make a clear difference in a growing company whilst improving their sales goals across the UK & Europe.
This company manufactures, services & calibrates telecommunications equipment for companies across the globe. Due to the increase in sales across the automotive, electronics & telecommunications industries, this employer is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to take advantage of this buoyant market.
Job Responsibilities:
* Proactively develop regional UK sales for FSD Telecom splicing products including AFL Test, Measurement, and Inspection products.
* Develop specialty splicing sales for the UK market.
* Provide timely activity and sales reports for responsibility.
* Provide budget & forecasts for responsibility.
* Support fusion splicing seminar day as & when required.
* Provide backup support to UK and European businesses as and when required.
* Support UK & Overseas exhibitions, conferences, and seminars as & when required including EU distributors seminars.
* Proactively identify as many customers as possible in said region and visit ‘key’ customers regularly.
* Build an understanding of the client’s projects and networks to establish a relationship with the client to obtain information – not just visit to demo the product.
Background Required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Sales.
* Telecommunications background.
* Experience with Splicer products and Test and Measurement products.
* SAGE X3.
* Sage SEI.
* Willingness to travel when required.
