We are recruiting a Clinical Regional Registered Manager for a complex care provider in the South East, the area will span across Essex, Sussex and Hampshire.
You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled Nurse Managers and Nurses as well as Field Care Supervisors and Healthcare Community Support Workers, ensuring compliance with regulatory CQC standards and fostering a culture of empathy and professionalism in line with Company values.
About You
* You will be a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN.
* Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
* Previous experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
* You will have experience working as a Registered Manager or strong operational/leadership experience and organisational skills including experience with clinical governance, CQC, safeguarding, and quality.
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
