This pivotal role will oversee all plant engineering, maintenance, and operational technology systems, ensuring our brewery operates as an agile, world-class supply chain organization. What You'll Do:
* Provide leadership and oversight for all plant engineering projects, including design review, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of all brewery equipment.
* Oversee maintenance, code management, and continuous improvement of brewery operational technology systems and applications.
* Manage significant capital investments to enhance processing capacity.
* Responsible for all plant utilities operations.
* Invest in and build the capability of team members.
* Financial management of the annual department budget, operational performance, engineering design and approval, planning and execution, and facility asset care.
* Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
* Focus on productivity and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) to optimize processes and reduce costs.
* Implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Develop and implement a cyber security strategy.
* Evaluate and approve capital project requests based on business rationale.
What You'll Bring:
* B.S. Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in plant engineering, CAPEX, brewing, high-speed packaging, automation, and controls.
* Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, project management, process optimization, and leadership skills.
* Working knowledge of batch ingredient addition, fermentation, filtration, refrigeration systems, pasteurization, and high-speed glass bottle and aluminum can packaging systems.
* Proven ability to develop, motivate, and empower employees, fostering trust and teamwork.
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects, and make business decisions in relation to safety, quality, innovation/new products, savings, capacity and infrastructure.
* Proficient in risk management, business systems, and statistical process controls.
* Effective leadership, strategic influencing skills, and results-oriented mindset.
* Demonstrated ability to work across functions, business units, and geographies.
* Proficient with personal computers and business applications.
