Located in the heart of Norwich, they pride themselves on exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality. If you have a creative flair for design, enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about helping customers find the right workwear solutions, we want to hear from you Working hours are flexible: 25-40 to suit your needs with a salary of £23,750 pro rata. Key Responsibilities: Production: Confidently run the embroidery machine and use heat press to embellish garments. Use Wilcom Embroidery Studio and Corel Draw to transform logos into embroidery or heat seal designs (Full training will be given). Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect workwear solutions tailored to their needs. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including safety standards and specifications. Creative Problem Solving: Offer imaginative solutions to customer inquiries, whether it’s finding the perfect fit, matching colours, or adapting designs/logos to specific needs. Stock Management: Help with the receipt of inventory, receiving, unpacking and quality inspection of new shipments. Sales: Accurately process sales transactions, using company system. and manage customer inquiries, including phone calls and emails in an efficient and professional manner. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming store environment. Order Fulfilment: Assist with online orders, such as delays and monitoring backorders. Skills & Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills for managing sales systems and inventory software (CRM) including MS Office Suite. Maths and English GCSE 'C' or equivalent. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Interest or experience in workwear or safety equipment is an advantage. What We Offer: A friendly and supportive work environment.
