Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping: Oversee day-to-day financial tasks using Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Pre-Bookkeeping Processes: Use Dext to extract and process financial data from receipts and invoices. Management Accounting: Monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, analytical review and report production. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements and tax returns. Payroll: Preparing monthly payroll for clients within your portfolio. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting regulations, ensuring all financial activities meet legal standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to uphold our guiding principles in every project. Core Software Knowledge Xero: Experience with reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger management. Dext: Familiarity with digital document capture and pre-bookkeeping workflows. Requirements Who We’re Looking For Part-Qualified ACCA or AAT: Ideally with around 2–3 years of practice experience. Digital Mindset: Comfortable in a paperless, cloud-based environment. Ownership & Initiative: Ready to take responsibility for projects and propose improvements. Communication & Organisation: Professional in collaborating with clients and team members.
