We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work with our client (leading logistics provider). You will be supporting the Regional & Area Operations Managers on an important contract by providing administrative support in all aspects of their activities.
Key Responsibilities
3. Support the Administration Manager, along with the Operations Management team in the daily management of the assigned contract.
4. Answer all telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
5. Maintain internal Management Data Spreadsheets and systems on a regular basis and in line with weekly deadlines.
6. Maintain internal Management Data Spreadsheets and systems on a regular basis and in line with weekly deadlines.
7. Data input to internal systems to support Accident and incident investigation.
8. Working closely with the Operations Managers to scan and document recruitment paperwork.
9. Support Operations team in compiling and controlling Store Visit Documentation
10. Supporting Operations team in vehicle servicing and paperwork controls
11. Any other reasonable requests and responsibilities as directed by the Administration manager.
Requirements
12. Proven experience working in an administrative role.
13. Knowledge and experience of logistics and transport (preferred).
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and highly proficient in excel.
15. Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude with a desire to continually strive for improvement
16. Good team player
17. Ability to deliver high levels of customer service
18. Excellent telephone manner
19. Highly numerate with keen eye for detail
20. Good communication skills, both written & verbal
21. Able to work under pressure to tight timescales
22. Ability to prioritise & organise workloads
