Neg Architectural Systems Ltd are seeking a hardworking Level 2 Finance Assistant apprentice. The candidate will support in the accounts department carrying out various duties. This role would suit an enthusiastic and hard working individual who wants to join a friendly team in a busy working environment.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday, 8:30am - 2.30pm (37 hours a week)
Duration: 1 year 2 months

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Course contents
* Record transactional data.
* Use the organisation’s standard tools and processes to examine data to identify transactional issues such as reconciliations and inconsistencies between invoices.
* Recognise and rectify routine errors, escalating as necessary.
* Plan and review accounting and finance tasks.
* Communicate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely results, avoiding jargon, using language tailored to the audience and different media methods.
* Use finance and accounting software packages to accurately input and manage data.
* Handle data and digital technology in line with cyber and data security requirements.
