Opportunity in London - Inhouse Administrator (Pensions) Up to £35,000 I am working with a multi-national organisation who are looking to grow their pensions membership team. The role is an In-house pension administration opportunity working with members DC & DB pensions. You will deal with transferring in / out of members pensions, auto enrolment, pension calculations, project work and members communication. Day to Day Responsibilities: Pension administration: including calculations, carried out to expected time and quality standards AVCs, new joiners, opt outs, executives, general data maintenance for all categories of member, refunds deferred pensions transfers in (DC), Transfers out, ill-health retirements, retirement quotations, deaths in service/deferment/retirement Adding and ceasing members to pensioner payroll, pension increases, tax queries Auto enrolment, processing casework as required and resolving queries from members and businesses Maintain good understanding of specific legislation, HMRC guidance, Scheme Rules and associated administrative processes and calculations. Process and update individual/bulk member records from payroll interfaces Generate standard systems reports as required. Skills & Experience Required? - Experienced administrator within pensions - Have administered DC schemes (Knowledge of DB would also be desirable) - Exposed to pension calculations Benefits: - Up to 10% matching pension contribution - Hybrid Working (Flexible office hours) - 25 days Annual Leave (Option to purchase an extra 5 days)
