About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to maximize opportunities within the NHS across England. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end account management, from building and maintaining an extensive contact network within key NHS accounts to proactively seeking new business. Your goal will be to deepen our reach within these accounts, positioning us for future projects and growing revenue across our key NHS vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with NHS accounts, building a comprehensive map of contacts and identifying growth opportunities.
* Conduct site visits and product demonstrations, becoming a trusted advisor for decision-makers.
* Actively pursue new accounts and revenue channels to expand our network.
* Maintain an accurate and updated CRM, meeting activity-based KPIs through calls, emails, visits, and social media engagement.
* Develop strategic account plans and ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
* Engage with peer organizations and public sector contacts in alignment with our growth vision.
Success Metrics:
* Achieve revenue targets and high levels of measurable activity.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and receive positive feedback from clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in closing sales, ideally within a relevant industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with senior NHS contacts.
* Proactive, organized, and skilled in CRM and pipeline management.
