About Our Client
Page Group are working with a renowned, well known business based between Wakefield & Huddersfield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service & Supply Manager. This role will manage a team responsible for all B2B Customer service function and the management of the customer order book
Job Description
3. Direct Management of a supply chain and logistics focused customer service function, liaising with b2b customer across various channels
4. Order book management - ensure the customer order book is well managed with customer receiving their orders within pre agreed timescales
5. Ensure customers are kept up to date with any potential changes with their orders
6. OTIF - Drive the on time in full metric, undertaking regular process reviews and route course analysis to identify where things have gone wrong historically
7. Work closely with production to ensure customers are given accurate lead times and delivery dates
8. Work cross functionally with logistics, supply chain, production and warehousing, creating strong working relationships in the process
9. Best utilise the SAP systems
10. Take ownership of any escalated customer issues and resolve within a timely manor
11. Provide the team with regular training development and support

12. Experience in a similar Customer Service or Supply role
13. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
14. Ability to manage varying priorities
15. Strong stakeholder engagement
