We are looking for an experienced and passionate Paid Search Lead to oversee the development, planning, and execution of paid search strategies across platforms like Google and Bing. This role requires a results-driven professional who is enthusiastic about achieving success for both B2B and B2C clients. You will use data-driven insights and innovative ideas to deliver impactful campaigns that align with client objectives. In addition to managing campaigns, you will play a key role in mentoring and supporting team members while contributing to the overall growth and evolution of the digital team. Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid search strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Oversee all aspects of paid search account management, including campaign setup, structure, keyword management, ad copy testing, and ongoing optimization. Monitor and manage daily paid search budgets to ensure optimal performance and return on investment. Conduct detailed competitor research and analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Regularly optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class results for clients. Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider digital team to ensure seamless campaign delivery and successful client relationships. Provide mentorship and support to team members, sharing expertise and fostering skill development within the team. Stay updated on emerging trends in paid search and digital marketing, and contribute to establishing new ways of working within the team. Build strong client relationships by presenting detailed advertising plans, performance reports, and actionable insights. Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in paid search or a related digital marketing field. Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions. A proactive approach to continuous self-learning and staying updated on industry trends. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients. Experience in an agency environment is desirable but not essential.
