Role Information: We are seeking motivated and detail-orientedDigital Training Officers to support the design, development, and delivery of IT and digital training programmes that align with Jigsaw’s digital goals and foster staff development in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment. The role requires a strong focus on collaboration, content creation, and delivering accessible and engaging training solutions.Digital Training Officers will work closely with the Digital Training Manager, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify IT and digital training needs and implement learning programmes using face-to-face sessions, virtual learning environments, e-learning modules, and other digital platforms.The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital transformation and a solid foundation in educational technology and learning design.
