Commercial Manager - Indemnity
Locations: Bexhill, London or Leicester (hybrid) with the expectation of coming into the office once a week (with some degree of flexibility around this)

Job Details
* Supporting the design and setting of our technical strategy in relation to the Indemnity Team, with a view to identify all indemnity breach customers through the use of data and modelling.
* Supporting the forecasting and budgeting activity across claims which includes setting and managing 'trading' performance for a core aspect of the customer journey.
* Developing appropriate strategies to tackle any market or competitor risks and capitalising on any opportunities this may bring.
* Identifying performance improvement opportunities, identifying and developing business cases for key changes across claims.
* Supporting the optimisation of commercial strategies and ensuring that the commercial team anticipate challenges and develop counter measures to negative contractual breach customer behaviours and trends.
* Developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across all functions.
Skills we would love you to have
* Experience of handling motor claims, including strong knowledge of indemnity to include Road Traffic Act, Article 75, the MIB agreements and workings and a strong understanding of insurer status and how to leverage that.
* Strong commercial acumen - comfortable with the mechanics of claims and contractual breach processes.
* Be innovative and driven! Able to seek out opportunities to evolve current practices, drive to cut through challenges to deliver results.
