Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive for a fast-growing company based in Brighton.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with strong customer service skills, great written communication, and a flexible, team-focused mindset.
You'll need marketing experience, be confident with Microsoft Office, and able to work from our Brighton office 1-2 days a week, with some UK travel.
Bonus if you have experience with print, CMS, CRM, volunteers, or the UK travel sector.

DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver the magazine on schedule.
2. Review and approve digital content for the website.
3. Manage and support interest-based groups, including volunteer coordination and event planning.
4. Create and schedule marketing campaigns across email, social media, and print.
5. Design and send campaign emails to promote community activities.
6. Develop content for social media and community publications.
7. Maintain and update website pages using CMS tools.
8. Support volunteers at events in collaboration with the events team.
9. Handle group inboxes and calls, providing administrative and customer service support.
10. Monitor and update marketing assets and communication channels regularly.
11. Gather and analyse feedback to guide content and engagement strategies.
12. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, data protection, and marketing regulations.
13. Attend occasional offsite and out-of-hours meetings.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
1. Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Excellent written communication skills with proofreading experience.
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Ability to work from our Brighton office 1-2 days per week and travel for meetings across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
6. Background in print design.
7. Interest and/or knowledge of the UK travel market.
8. Familiarity with drafting or managing contract agreements.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
10. Experience using CMS systems.
11. Knowledge of tools such as (url removed) and Typeform.
12. Holder of a valid UK driving licence.
13. Be confident with all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
