Maintenance Manager
Venn Group are working with large organisation based in Berkshire to recruit for a Maintenance Manager to lead their teams
Duration : Permanent
Location : Berkshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
The successful candidate will:
1. Support the delivery of an efficient maintenance service, using a CAFM system, with a focus on reactive maintenance
2. Manage the maintenance team, ensuring good quality, cost effective timely repair service is being carried out
3. Provide technical advice and support for teams
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and the wider Estates team
The successful candidate will have:
5. Mechanical or electrical qualifications
6. Experience of planned, preventive and reactive day-today maintenance issues
