You will design and maintain Airtable databases and automations, create and manage automated workflows between different systems, and document all systems, processes, and automations thoroughly. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Linnworks, and proficiency in Airtable and database management. Key Responsibilities: - Process Optimisation: Analyse existing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Design and implement process improvements, create standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide regular reporting on automation impacts and ROI.- Technical Support & Training: Provide technical support for automated systems, train team members on new systems and processes, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions, and maintain system documentation and user guides.- Project Management: Manage automation projects from conception to completion, collaborate with stakeholders across departments, set and track project milestones and deadlines, report on project progress to senior management.
