A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a small, supportive class in a mainstream comprehensive school in Bargoed. About the role: Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils aged 11-16 with a range of SEN. Collaborate with teachers to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Assist pupils in their academic, emotional, and social development. Monitor and report progress, ensuring that each child achieves their full potential. A patient, caring, and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills. A commitment to the well-being and development of each child. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are an advantage but not essential.
