The opportunity
Based in Guildford, Surrey, Foresight Sports Europe is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the golf industry today. Thanks to the ongoing growth of the business, we are seeking a passionate, driven, talented and organised Key Accounts Coordinator. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating accounts within the company. You will have experience within the golf industry as golf knowledge is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate marketing strategies with partners and key accounts to achieve business goals.
* Identify new market opportunities, target audiences, and revenue streams.
* Coordinate with the design team to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
* Track and analyse sales and marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Prepare regular reports on account, partner, and campaign performance, as well as market trends and customer behaviour
* Coordinate and support events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products or services.
* Coordinate the delivery of account and partner databases and mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Respond to partner inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with account and partner retention strategies, fostering loyalty and long-term relationships.
Skills and attributes for success
* Experience within the golf industry is preferential
* Experience with event planning and execution.
* Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
* Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media and email campaigns.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
