Business Systems Developer required for well established and respected law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a critical role in optimising processes and ensuring the smooth operation of practice, case, and document management systems across the firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining legal business systems, particularly Practice Management, Case, and Document Management systems and a strong understanding of legal workflows and processes. Key duties include: Providing application-specific and general IT support to colleagues across all departments within the firm. Full end to end development of legal case management workflows and processes from requirements analysis, through to release, and review of measures of success. Maintenance of Management Information database, and production of reports and dashboards. Experience required TSQL language, SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) RESTful API web service integration Application-specific support and training to colleagues, Ideally we would also like A working Knowledge of Access legal Proclaim and/or Advanced Partner 4 Windows Please note this is a hybrid role and you will be required to be on site in Newcastle approximately 8 days a month.
