I have a Business Support Officer role in North Solihull to start ASAP.
It pays £12.80 per hour. This is a full-time hybrid role.
Duties will include:
1. Providing full administrative and financial support to the service.
2. Undertaking the proactive tracking of key information and performance data, ensuring that data quality is maintained.
3. Supporting workers in diary management, arranging venues, and coordinating meetings.
4. Acting as a key contact for all incoming enquiries, building relationships with young people, carers, families, and other professionals to handle issues effectively and with sensitivity and discretion.
5. Effectively using IT equipment and systems.
6. Assisting social workers in the use of electronic client records systems and supporting professionals to ensure the accuracy of all data entered onto systems.
7. Ensuring all incoming correspondence is dealt with effectively and within corporate standards.
8. Taking accurate minutes at large, complex meetings, and transcribing and circulating them within agreed timescales.
9. Maintaining extensive filing and record-keeping systems, preparing legal files, photocopying confidential material, and assisting in the preparation of case records as needed in line with Access to Records Policy.
10. Carrying out reception duties as required.
