SDO/Team Leader
Due to continued growth and development in our Transportation team, we are recruiting for a SDO/Team Leader to join us and support in the delivery of high-quality on-street services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and accredited Civil Enforcement Officer ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be leading and mentoring a team of CEOs, overseeing day-to-day operations, delivering training, managing the clamping team, and ensuring we meet and exceed service expectations. You’ll also support in specialist areas such as Blue Badge enforcement, CPZ and event management, recruitment, and HR.
What are we looking for?
* A strong leader – someone who can motivate, manage and support a team in a busy and dynamic environment.
* An experienced professional – fully accredited in Civil Enforcement, with a sound understanding of legislation, procedures, and equipment.
* A people person – confident in dealing with both the public and colleagues, providing guidance, resolving queries, and representing our values.
* Organised and reliable – able to manage deployment, oversee payroll/admin, and deliver consistent high standards in enforcement operations.
* Licensed to drive – the successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence to support operations across various sites and events.
