I am looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator on behalf of my longstanding client; the role is critical to maintaining and developing a positive reputation for the organisation amongst core stakeholder groups. Working under the direction of the marketing manager, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s core activities, achievements, projects and products to a broad range of customers and clients, whilst ensuring the organisation maintains a strong and visible presence within key stakeholder groups.
With exceptional written English skills, you will craft compelling and credible content, identifying and adapting key messages that resonates with different target audiences. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and monitor the effectiveness of promotion activities.
You will assist in developing new ideas, content, and customer stories for the company’s website, social media platforms and promotional activity. Additionally, you will contribute to the broader marketing efforts by writing, promoting, and distributing press releases, mail shots, and email campaigns.
You will also assist in developing the company’s case study library by interviewing customers, taking photographs or videos when necessary, and publishing on-brand, targeted positive testimonials. Occasionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to gather data for marketing activities, write award submissions, curate stories for internal communications, and create presentations for various staff members.
The marketing administrator role supports the marketing team’s activities in all areas of the company and support business growth.
All activity will be directed by the marketing manager, and you will need to work to defined strategies and plans in a timely manner. There will be opportunities to take ownership of elements of the plans, and it is expected that you can work on initiative with supervision provided when relevant
