Job Title: Executive Chef
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

My client is in search of an exceptional Executive Chef in Kent. As the Executive Chef, you will lead and support a catering team, driving financial growth through effective cost control and culinary excellence. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in the education or hotel sector. A genuine passion for food and the ability to elevate the dining experience are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement seasonal menus that suit the tastes and dietary needs.
2. Lead by example, promoting teamwork, creativity, and excellence in the kitchen.
3. Manage inventory, purchasing, and budget to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Work with the management team to provide excellent dining experiences and special events.
6. Focus on sustainability and using fresh, local ingredients.
