Blue Legal have partnered with a leading accountancy firm, based in Northern Ireland, to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer with expertise in professional services, a creative approach to business development, and a passion for fostering growth. The Responsibilities: Manage the firm's website, social media, and digital channels to ensure consistent, engaging content aligned with the brand. Organise and promote client seminars, webinars, and industry events to showcase expertise and foster client relationships. Develop newsletters, case studies, and success stories to highlight the firm’s achievements and attract inbound leads. Keep the team informed through regular updates and by maintaining the internal SharePoint site. Prepare and submit tender proposals, collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy and quality. Support the team with research and insights to identify and engage potential leads effectively. The Candidate: Previous BD / Marketing experience, ideally in professional services. Familiarity with accountancy or financial services is desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create compelling content. Proactive, results-driven mindset with creative problem-solving abilities. Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and clients. Degree in Marketing or a related business field.
