Key Responsibilities:
5. Engagement with Employers: Develop relationships with employers through marketing activities, business development, and promotion of our training and development offerings. Maximize opportunities for referrals to our programs and facilitate placements and progression for students/learners.
6. Guidance and Support: Provide pre and on-course guidance to learners to ensure successful completion and potential progression. Conduct interviews and place learners onto appropriate programs to support their learning journey.
7. Effective Teaching Delivery: Plan, prepare, and assess teaching delivery to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Adhere to college policies, funding requirements, and external body regulations to maintain high standards of education.
8. Learner Management: Enroll, manage, and support learners according to college, employer, funding, and awarding body requirements. Organize learning programs to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
9. Subject Development and Delivery: Develop and deliver subjects at appropriate levels, utilizing your qualifications and experience. Deliver teaching sessions in various formats, including classroom, workshop, tutorial, outreach, distance learning, and e-learning programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
10. Relevant qualifications and experience in plumbing and gas assessment.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to engage with employers and build relationships.
13. Experience in providing guidance and support to learners.
14. Knowledge of college policies, funding requirements, and external regulations.

This position is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week)
