Our client are recruiting for an experienced Hotel Reception Manager, to join their team, set within the Kingsbridge area. The successful candidate will be working alongside other departmental managers, leading the reception desk and providing a 5* service to its guests.
It is essential that as a Hotel reception manager, you have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, from a 4 or 5* Hotel background.
Key responsibilities to include;
6. Overseeing a team of receptionists, to ensure a high standard of customer service.
7. Responsible for control procedures on reception and security of cash, keys and guest data.
8. Manage staff rotas and manage holidays.
9. To keep the presentation of the reception area clean and tidy.
10. Responsible for accurate guest billing, and provide a warm welcome and farewell to guests.
11. Adhoc reception manager duties.
