Food & Beverage Production Sales Manager Annual Salary: £55,000-£65,000 plus performance related bonus Location: Ipswich Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are working exclusively on a retained basis with Klipspringer who are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Production Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive their sales strategy. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and implement the Food & Beverage Production sales strategy, including setting objectives, measurables, and ways of working. Review team performance regularly, reporting findings to the Sales & Marketing Director and implementing improvements. Manage resource planning and budgeting within the team. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Lead and motivate team members daily to achieve department KPIs. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance and discuss training or support needs. Provide hands-on support with sales opportunities, including face-to-face meetings, Teams calls, and phone calls. Collaborate with other managers to synergise and achieve company targets. Manage daily team huddles and day-to-day resourcing to ensure adequate sales support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in leading and coaching a sales team. Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and effectively reporting on performance. Strategic thinker with excellent planning skills at both departmental and business levels. Exceptional communication and team management skills, capable of maintaining professionalism under pressure. Experience in handling sales opportunities and interacting professionally with customers. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making. Ability to quickly adapt to and become an ambassador for the company’s sales methodology.
