Are you passionate about driving eCommerce growth within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector? We are searching for a dynamic Online Grocery Account Manager to lead and implement online strategy across major grocery retailers. This is a key role within the eCommerce team, where you'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and top retail partners to ensure seamless execution of omnichannel strategies that drive category growth. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the eCommerce Controller to deliver the online execution strategy across our top 4 retail partners. Ensure best-in-class digital shelf performance through impeccable content such as lifestyle imagery, video content, and precise product taxonomy for both existing products and new launches. Act as the in-house expert for online activation, balancing shopper spend and paid search to optimize ROI. Develop and manage a year-long online executional plan in collaboration with commercial teams, aligning both in-store and online strategies. Lead the online execution for each account, ensuring brilliant in-category performance (BIC) with the support of shopper marketing, brand, and account teams. Identify and unlock additional online commercial opportunities to drive incremental sales and category growth. Provide internal and external expertise, upskilling teams on the latest trends and techniques in online account management. Collaborate with digital marketing teams and agencies to execute sponsored search strategies aimed at maximizing visibility and sales. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: FMCG account management, ideally with a strong focus on eCommerce or online grocery channels. Skills: Strong digital media understanding with the ability to implement effective online execution strategies. Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable forging new relationships and driving initiatives independently. Collaboration: Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of clear and effective communication across teams and with retail partners. Analytical Thinking: Solid knowledge of retailer systems and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Education: Graduate calibre.
