We're recruiting an experienced Food Service Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently motivate our team to be the best they can possibly be for a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Food Service Manager, you will have the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team to deliver exceptional food quality and customer service
* Managing day-to-day business operations, including inventory, staff management, and customer relations
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements include:
* Proven experience in a Food Service Manager role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
