About the Role
JP Recruitment are excited to be announcing our rebrand in January 2025… with this in mind we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive our efforts in attracting and engaging recruitment clients & Candidates.
In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to building relationships with businesses in need of recruitment services, ensuring our brand is recognized as a trusted partner in the Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new recruitment clients across various industries.
• Content Marketing: Create and distribute high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and email campaigns, to demonstrate expertise and attract prospective clients.
• Social Media Management: Build and manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to target decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email marketing, social media ads) to generate leads and build client interest.
• Client Engagement: Design and manage targeted campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion.
• Brand Building: Strengthen the company’s reputation as a recruitment partner of choice by promoting success stories, testimonials, and innovative solutions.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client acquisition strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs to refine marketing efforts.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within recruitment or professional services industries.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for a professional audience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and client needs is a plus.
