Role: Room Leader
Location: Wallasey
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners in your designated room.
* Ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
* Work closely with parents, carers, and the nursery management team.
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
* Monitor and assess children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework.
Requirements:
* Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Proven experience working in a nursery setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
* Paediatric First Aid certification (preferred but not essential).
* A positive, enthusiastic, and caring approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
