2. Mondays 8:00 - 13:00, Tuesday -Thursday 8:00 - 17:00, Friday 8:00 -16: 00

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our referred patients, providing outstanding customer service and support throughout their dental journey. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to treatment coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Coordinate referrals to specialist providers as needed
• Develop relationships with local dentist to build incoming referrals
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimise patient care and satisfaction
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in dental software systems ( SOE) is desirable
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate demeaner and a genuine desire to help others
