The Opportunity:
As part of our growth plans for 2025 and beyond, we’re looking for a highly driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and driving growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Identifying New Opportunities: Research and reach out to potential clients and HR consultancy partners, particularly within our focus areas.
* Building Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.
* Driving Sales: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, with a focus on delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
* Market Insight: Keep your finger on the pulse of all marketing and HR related recruitment movement in the trends, ensuring Talent Seeker stays ahead in the industry.
* The Ultimate Goal: Help Talent Seeker become the go-to headhunting firm for all marketing and HR related recruitment in the South.
About You:
* Experienced: You have a solid background in business development or sales, ideally within the recruitment, HR, or marketing sectors.
* Passionate: You will need to share our enthusiasm and commitment to delivering a best-in-class service at all times.
* Proactive: A highly motivated, self-starter who thrives on success and is motivated by achieving outstanding results.
* Personable: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from a diverse range of industries.
* Technology: You must be tech and social media savvy, as you will be expected to leverage the latest tech to help you succeed in the role.
