As an Operations Executive you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Leadership Team in their day-to-day duties, covering a diverse range of tasks to assist them in creating an unforgettable experience for your guests. You will have the opportunity to use your time management skills, as well as improve and learn skills and in new areas working across a business with a truly unique hospitality offering. You will be an integral part of the Operations Team, and a key cog in the success of the business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Administration tasks, supporting all business functions
2. Finance and resource management
3. Project management support
4. HR support, liaising with Head of Departments for tasks such as uniform ordering, training and reporting
5. Support the Guest Relations team to ensure guests have a premier customer journey
Package
6. Salary up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
7. Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPI’s
8. 37.5 hour working week

What’s involved?
Our client is building something special; a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As an Operations Executive you will be the link between the multi-functional teams to ensure that the operations runs smoothly, not only providing valuable support to the Senior Leadership Team, but also becoming a key member of the team in delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
This role will suit an experienced administration or operations executive who excels in a flexible and diverse environment who is looking for a new challenge in an exciting, highly professional team. Hospitality experience is preferred, however, we’re looking for candidates with the right approach to work who can utilise their wide ranging skill set to support the hospitality teams in their day to day tasks.
