A specialist Bureaux expert providing high levels of technical leadership, facilitates complex query resolution, manages key metrics and has excellent relationships with Accounting Teams, Xchanging and Business Units.
The Role:
1. Provide technical solutions to issues
2. Manage the metrics to ensure all action is taken to achieve these
3. Management of B&DD positions, hands on as necessary to reduce the bad debt position
4. Provide guidance in the recovery of funded positions
5. Ensure ongoing relationships whilst providing clear liaison between BUs, A&S Ipswich and Mumbai and Xchanging
6. Provide strong visibility within the BUs to facilitate resolution of queries
7. Handle escalations, prioritizing urgent activity
8. Attend all relevant meetings to achieve successful outcomes
9. Guide and support Mumbai on escalated issues, ensuring any training gaps are referred to the Team Leader so appropriate training can be given by the Tech Leader
10. Provide mentoring / knowledge sharing to ensure all necessary colleagues are upskilled and understand the role of the Bureaux Team and how the Bureaux works
