About the Role:
* Position: SEN EYFS Teaching Assistant
* Location: Blackpool (FY4)
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: Full-time, term-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Support young learners in their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver tailored activities for SEN pupils.
* Use a nurturing approach to support pupils' social and emotional development, fostering independence and confidence.
* Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress, celebrating their achievements and adjusting support as needed.
About You:
* Experience working with Early Years and/or SEN pupils is highly desirable.
* Patient, empathetic, and passionate about making learning accessible and enjoyable for all students.
* Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
