As a Nurse with Akari Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and medical care to our residents while leading and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment.
Your Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team to achieve outstanding clinical and care standards
* Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to empower colleagues
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A valid registration as a Registered Nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
* A caring nature, ensuring a personal approach to each resident
* Proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and delegate effectively
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing situations
* A warm, approachable, and engaging persona
