Our client, an 'Independent' firm of Chartered Financial Planners now requires an additional Administrator to join their established and friendly team. Working alongside a number of consultants, the successful candidate should have proven experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of processing Pension & Investment applications. Working as part of a highly experienced team, providing support to the advisers and in conjunction with the Paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients. Duties will include;
Key Responsibilities
* Utilise client data for illustrations
* Process new business
* Prepare letters of authority for client policy information
* Answer calls and deal with clients and third-party queries
* Produce quotations
* Manage task lists and prioritise workload within deadlines
* Regularly communicate and update clients
* Schedule and manage adviser diaries for client meetings and ensure the relevant paperwork is prepared.
* Update the CRM system
* Ensure that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements
Essential criteria
* Experience working in financial services
* Use of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to prioritise and organise
* Working knowledge of investment platforms
* Excellent attention to detail

* 20 days holiday plus birthday day off and Christmas/New Year period
