We have an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader, working for a medical company based in Liverpool, L3. The job is a permanent position.
The purpose of the role:
To supervise and coordinate the picking and shipping of outbound orders.
Duties include:
1. Supervising and coordinating the picking and shipping of outbound orders.
2. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork.
3. Using warehouse management systems or handheld devices to keep track of inventory and orders.
4. Inspecting products for defects and damages and reporting any issues to management.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
6. Ensuring products are stored correctly and safely, and rearranging stock as needed.
7. Overseeing other employees within the operation ensuring the KPI targets are met.
8. Ensuring goods are picked correctly and in time for distribution.
9. Assisting the manager and monitoring potential problems and developing ways to offset them.
Working hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
Salary:
£30,000 per annum
