Role:
My client is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join othe team. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves processing orders, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the success of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems.
* Coordinate with the sales team to track and manage leads, quotes, and invoices.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order statuses.
* Prepare sales reports, manage schedules, and assist with sales presentations.
Skills and Experience Required:
