Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 17:00

What You'll Be Doing:
Admin Extraordinaire: Handle tasks like new quotations, booking jobs, resolving queries, and providing updates.
Phone Pro: Make outbound calls to our lovely customers.
Booking Boss: Review and validate job bookings, ensuring parts are checked and authorised before the appointment date.
Scheduler Supreme: Proactively contact customers to schedule appointments if they haven't picked a date yet.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: You've rocked a customer service based role before.
Communication: You're a great talker and problem-solver.
